Last updated 10 September 2026. These terms govern participation in the Peps Aussie affiliate programme. By creating an affiliate account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not register.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate registration details, including a real name, a contactable phone number and the channels on which you intend to promote. Accounts registered with false details may be closed and any accrued commission forfeited. You join as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship, and you must not represent otherwise.
2. Commission
- Commission is 20% of the product subtotal on qualifying orders. It is calculated after any discount is applied and excludes shipping and taxes.
- An order qualifies when it is placed through your referral link or with your assigned coupon code, and payment clears in full.
- Commission is reversed on orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or self-referred.
- You may not earn commission on your own orders, or on orders placed by a household member or by an account you control.
- We may change commission rates. Changes apply to orders placed after the change and are notified through the affiliate portal.
3. Payment
- Commission is paid by bank transfer to an Australian account, monthly, once your approved balance reaches $50. Balances below that carry over.
- You are responsible for supplying correct payment details. We are not liable for payments sent to details you provided incorrectly.
- Commission becomes payable only after the order’s refund window has closed.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST where it applies to you. If you are registered for GST you must tell us and provide your ABN.
4. What you must not say
This section matters more than the rest of these terms, and breaching it will end your participation immediately. Every product sold by Peps Aussie is supplied for scientific research and laboratory use only. When you promote them, you are promoting them on those terms and no others. You must not, in any content, caption, message, video, comment or reply:
- Make any therapeutic, medical or health claim — including that a product treats, prevents, cures, manages or improves any condition, symptom or bodily function.
- Claim or imply any effect on weight, body composition, appetite, muscle, skin, hair, injury recovery or athletic performance.
- Post before-and-after images, progress photos, weight figures, measurements, or any description of personal or third-party results.
- Give or repeat dosing information of any kind — quantities, schedules, cycles, protocols, titration, or instructions for administering a product to a person or animal.
- Suggest, imply or joke that any product is suitable for human or veterinary consumption.
- Describe any product as a medicine, drug, treatment, therapy, supplement or pharmaceutical.
- Compare a product to a prescription medicine as an alternative, substitute or cheaper option.
- Invent, fabricate or incentivise reviews, testimonials or ratings, for us or about us.
Where you describe what a product is, describe it accurately: the compound name, the purity figure from the published certificate of analysis, and that it is supplied for laboratory research only. If in doubt about a piece of content, ask us before you publish it.
5. How you must promote
- Disclose the relationship. Any content containing your link or code must make clear that you earn a commission. A visible “affiliate” or “paid partnership” label is required — this is an Australian Consumer Law obligation, not a preference.
- Do not bid on “Peps Aussie”, our domain, or close variants in paid search.
- Do not impersonate Peps Aussie, or create accounts, pages, sites or profiles that could be mistaken for us.
- Do not use our name or branding in a domain, social handle or app name.
- Do not post your link or code as unsolicited email, direct messages, or comment spam.
- Do not list codes on coupon, deal or cashback sites without our written approval.
- Do not promote to minors, or on platforms or in communities directed at minors.
- Do not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, redirects, iframes, adware, or any technique that assigns a referral without a genuine click.
- Do not promote alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that encourages self-harm or disordered eating.
6. Our rights
We may, at our discretion and without notice:
- Remove or suspend your account.
- Withhold or reverse commission on any order we reasonably believe arose from promotion that breaches these terms.
- Require you to remove specific content, and suspend your account until you do.
- Change these terms. Material changes will be notified through the portal, and continuing to participate means you accept them.
We do not owe you a reason, and we do not owe you a minimum level of sales, traffic or earnings.
7. Brand assets
You may use the logos, images and copy we publish in the affiliate portal for the purpose of promoting Peps Aussie, unmodified. That permission ends when your participation ends. You may not use certificate images or laboratory names in a way that suggests the laboratory endorses you or your content.
8. Liability
You are responsible for the content you publish and for any claim, complaint, penalty or regulatory action arising from it. You indemnify Peps Aussie against loss arising from your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Contact
Questions about the programme, or about whether a piece of content is acceptable, go to [email protected]. Asking first is always cheaper than being removed afterwards.
